Jane Miller

Jane Miller is a seasoned food industry executive whose career spans startups, Fortune 500 companies and some of the most recognized brands in natural and organic foods. She served as CEO of Rudi’s Organic Bakery from 2008 to 2014 and later returned as CEO of Rudi’s Rocky Mountain Bakery, bringing deep operational, marketing and leadership experience to one of Boulder’s earliest natural and organic bakery brands. 

Jane’s influence on Colorado’s natural foods industry extends beyond brand leadership. Through her work with Rudi’s and other growth-stage companies, as well as her commitment to mentoring the next generation of leaders, she has helped demonstrate how natural products brands can scale with discipline, heart and purpose. Her leadership has strengthened Boulder’s reputation as a place where mission-driven food companies can mature into national brands.
