The ’60’s and ’70’s were amazing, man. From civil rights and the women’s movement, to environmentalism and peace projects, consciousness was rising fast. A keen insight from the cultural revolution: clean food is imperative for a healthy community. What we now call the natural products industry blossomed then – and its cradle was Boulder!
Though the Boulder area is where the industry took root – as groovy visionaries picked herbs for tea and made tofu from soy – we’re not stuck in the past, man. Spring Fling is all about celebrating the roots and the shoots!

Today’s natural products companies are springing up like psychedelic mushrooms. The Shoots Showcase at Spring Fling features dozens of brands that popped up in the past three years. The Boulder area still leads the industry with innovation!
We’ve come a long way, baby, from hippies and health food stores – enthusiasm for natural products has gone mainstream and the Whole Earth is better for it.
At Spring Fling, you’ll dig the throwback and mod music, fab food and drinks (two free on us!), way cool new companies, and a righteous community of entrepreneurs and seasoned pros.

For extra good vibrations break out your bell-bottoms or other vintage threads and party with over 700 of the most far out people you’ll ever meet! We’ll party like it’s 1969 — even if we weren’t alive then or simply can’t remember…
