Naturally Colorado’s Networking Nights are THE place to meet, connect and collaborate with 150-200 of the most passionate, pioneering leaders and companies in the Colorado natural products community.

About the Panelists:

Tamarah Saif
Tamarah has spent the majority of her career guiding organizations of varying sizes in developing and achieving key talent objectives through disciplined practices, data analytics, and a consultative approach. Tamarah is currently the VP of Human Resources at Charlotte’s Web where she combines her love of human resources with her passion for holistic health coaching. She has held various leadership positions at companies ranging from high growth startups to large global entities. Tamarah started her career as a management consultant where she focused on process improvement, change management, leading HR function and talent assessments, HR transformation, strategy, and merger & acquisition projects for domestic and global organizations. Tamarah previously served on the board of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) as the SVP, Organizational Effectiveness for a six-year term. She holds certifications in HR, professional coaching, and holistic health coaching.

Diana Mercer
Diana is a lifelong, passionate wellness educator, serial entrepreneur, and natural and organic products expert with more than 15 years experience growing businesses in the natural, organic and better-for-you space including ForceBrands, Clementine Art, Beautycounter, Lazo Foods, and many more. Her specialties include sales, organizational design, business and team building, brand development, copywriting/blogging, content storytelling, digital marketing, social media, live and online events, webinars, and trade shows. Fun Fact: Diana was formerly a singer in Latin jazz, salsa, rock and indie bands.

Natale Wallis
Natale has worked for Creative Alignments in Boulder for 4 years as a Senior Recruiter and now as a Client Services Director on the Food and Consumer Products Practice. She has 20+ years in recruiting and human resources in the food, banking, and transportation industries. Natale is a proud Colorado native and received her BS in Management from Metropolitan State University and her MBA from Regis University. She lives in Boulder County with her husband, 2 kids, 1 crazy dog and loves to ski, scuba, hike, backpack, cook, and travel.

Julie Waggoner
As Assistant Director of the Center for Ethics and Social Responsibility, Julie oversees program development, budget, marketing, staff development, and community engagement. She is a Boulder native and a proud alumna of the Leeds MBA program (2016) where she received the MBA Marketing Student Excellence award and held leadership roles in the Graduate Net Impact chapter.
Julie’s background includes agency-side digital marketing, work at the International Chamber of Commerce and the OECD in Paris, engaging with consumers in the natural products industry, and teaching English in France and South Korea. She graduated from Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA with a B.A. in journalism and French. She is passionate about connecting Leeds students with career opportunities in impact business.
