Join us for our March Women in CPG Coffee Chat, a facilitated virtual gathering designed to create space for meaningful conversation and connection across the CPG community.

This month’s theme centers on a simple but powerful question: What do you want more of in your work this year?

Together, we’ll explore what we’re intentionally cultivating in our careers and what we’re approaching differently. Through guided prompts and small breakout groups of 3–4, you’ll have space to reflect, share, and learn from others in a supportive, thoughtful environment.

This is not a webinar or panel. Think of it as a focused Friday-morning coffee with peers, where conversation flows both ways, and everyone participates.

We’ll also introduce an optional Resource Exchange, framed as “offers + asks,” to help turn conversation into continued connection. Whether you’re seeking warm introductions, referrals, hiring support, vendor recommendations, or accountability partners, this is a space to both give and receive.

Whether you’re navigating growth, change, leadership, a career pivot, or simply looking to connect with others who understand the CPG landscape, you’re welcome here.
