Join us for our November Women in CPG Coffee Chat, a facilitated virtual gathering designed to make space for honest reflection as the year winds down.
This month’s theme is simple, but we mean it differently than most: gratitude — without the gloss.
November has a way of prompting reflection. But a lot of end-of-year conversations default to the wins, the milestones, and the things that make a good LinkedIn post. This one doesn’t. We’re more interested in the kind of gratitude that comes from looking clearly at a year — the good parts and the hard ones — and finding what’s actually worth holding onto.
We’ll explore questions like:
- What’s genuinely been good this year — not for the optics, but for you?
- What was harder than you expected, and what did it teach you?
- What are you carrying into next year, and what are you leaving behind?
Through guided prompts and small breakout groups of 3–4, you’ll have space for real reflection and honest conversation with women who understand the weight and the reward of building something in this industry.
This is not a webinar or panel. Think of it as a focused Friday morning coffee with peers where conversation flows both ways and everyone participates.
We’ll continue the optional Resource Exchange (“offers + asks”), creating space for warm introductions, referrals, hiring support, vendor recommendations, and other ways to support one another beyond the conversation.
