Join us for our July Women in CPG Coffee Chat, a facilitated virtual gathering designed to create space for honest conversation and real connection across the CPG community.
This month’s theme is one that tends to get people talking: the things we wish someone had told us earlier.
The CPG world has a lot of conventional wisdom that doesn’t always hold up. There are lessons that take years to learn, assumptions that turn out to be wrong, and realities about this industry that rarely make it into articles or panels. July’s conversation is an invitation to put some of that on the table.
We’ll explore questions like:
- What surprised you most about working in this industry?
- What’s commonly misunderstood about your corner of CPG?
- What’s one thing you know now that you wish you’d known sooner?
Through guided prompts and small breakout groups of 3–4, you’ll have space to share your own perspective and hear from others navigating similar — or very different — parts of the ecosystem. The goal isn’t to vent or to have all the answers. It’s to have the kind of candid conversation that tends to be more useful than any panel you’ve sat through.
This is not a webinar or panel. Think of it as a focused Friday morning coffee with peers where conversation flows both ways and everyone participates.
We’ll continue the optional Resource Exchange (“offers + asks”), creating space for warm introductions, referrals, hiring support, vendor recommendations, and other ways to support one another beyond the conversation.
