Join us for our September Women in CPG Coffee Chat, a facilitated virtual gathering designed to help you take stock before the year’s final stretch begins.

This month’s theme is honest and practical: what’s actually working — and what isn’t?

September has a way of bringing things into focus. Summer is behind us, Q4 is approaching, and there’s a natural momentum shift that makes it a good time to reflect. Not on big-picture goals or year-end aspirations, but on the real, day-to-day things: the decisions that paid off, the habits that held, the approaches you’d change if you could go back.

We’ll explore questions like:

• What has actually worked for you this year — in your work, your relationships, your approach?
• What are you ready to let go of heading into Q4?
• What’s one thing you’ve learned about yourself or your work that surprised you?

Through guided prompts and small breakout groups of 3–4, you’ll have space to reflect and hear from others navigating the same transition. The goal isn’t to have it all figured out — it’s to be honest about where you are and leave with a clearer sense of what to carry forward.

This is not a webinar or panel. Think of it as a focused Friday morning coffee with peers where conversation flows both ways and everyone participates.

We’ll continue the optional Resource Exchange (“offers + asks”), creating space for warm introductions, referrals, hiring support, vendor recommendations, and other ways to support one another beyond the conversation.
