Women in CPG: Environmental Stewardship

June 11, 2025
5:30 – 7:30 PM MT
Horizon Organic offices on Airport Way in Broomfield
At Naturally Colorado, we believe in the power of women to lead transformative change—at home, in business, and in the world. This summer, we invite you to join us for a special gathering focused on environmental leadership through a uniquely feminine lens.
Together, we’ll explore how women are naturally positioned to lead in sustainability—drawing on strengths we already hold. From organizing and storytelling to advocacy and care, the skills many of us use daily are the very same tools needed to create impactful, eco-friendly change in our communities and companies.
Featured Speaker: Catherine Musulin, Head of Mission & Sustainability, Horizon Organic Dairy
With over a decade of experience in mission-driven leadership, Catherine will share practical, personal insights on how to lead with authenticity and initiate sustainability efforts that feel aligned and achievable. She’ll also speak to the emotional resilience this work requires—and how we can stay committed without burning out by finding clarity in purpose and strength in community.
After the Talk: Guided Group Discussions
Following Catherine’s talk, we’ll break into small groups for a facilitated, peer-to-peer exchange of ideas, inspiration, and resources. Discussion topics will include:
- What Skills Do You Already Have? Recognize and name the personal strengths you already bring to sustainability work—storytelling, care, systems thinking, and more.
- Leading Authentically (Even When It’s Uncomfortable). Share moments where you’ve pushed for change and explore how to stay grounded when challenging the status quo.
- Building Your Resilience Toolkit. Discuss how to stay engaged and energized long-term through boundaries, joy, purpose, and community care.
- Circle Creators: How to Start or Grow a Local Group. Exchange ideas for starting or growing a sustainability circle, club, or community initiative.
