We’re honored to feature Karen Hertz​, founder of Holidaily Brewing Company​, who transformed her personal journey as a two-time cancer survivor into a thriving purpose-driven business. With 15 years of beer industry experience and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies, Karen launched Holidaily in 2016 to create exceptional, 100% gluten-free beer. Today, Holidaily is the largest dedicated gluten-free brewery in the U.S., a nationally recognized brand, and a testament to entrepreneurial resilience.
