What area(s) of focus would you most like to address with your mentees?
Career progression, confidence building, eco-anxiety, innovating ideas that go above and beyond the norm, circular economy, networking
How do you plan to structure your monthly meetings?
I prefer 1:1 meetings, where the mentee comes prepared with questions. Before each 1:1 meeting, there should be an assigned topic, with reading and resources that we both come prepared to discuss. In the first meeting, I would hope to establish the topics that my mentee wanted to discuss over the 6 months, then I could help send the reading/resources. I’m happy to participate in group meetings as well.
Finally, who would be an ideal mentee for you in this program, given your areas of expertise and experience?
I’m open to anyone! I think I can best help people that are interested in a career in corporate sustainability.
